Monster, Flash and Equipment Cards have one or multiple skills. Skills can be:

  • Numeric: Numeric skills will have a "X" on its description. This X can be replaced by the numbers present in the upgrade table.

E.g.: If a monster, in a certain level, have a "2" in its "All in" skill, then by replacing X by 2 on its' skill description, the monster will: Performs 2 additional Random Damage attacks.

If a monster is equipped with an equipment that provides a skill it already has, this skill will stack, summing both values, unless its noted otherwise. Comtempt and Evacuate are examples of skills that doesn't stack.

  • Non-Numeric: In upgrade tables, non-numeric skills will have a "Red X" Icon ("No" on wiki pages) if the card still doesn't have it, but will gain it after a certain level; or a "Green V" Icon ("Yes" on wiki pages) if the card does have it.

Each skill have its own effect, that can be categorized in one of 12 groups, based on how the effect is activated and what it does:

Attack Modifier Skills

Attack Modifier Skills relates to how the monster attacks (additional attacks, making a monster able to use certain types of attacks from different positions, etc.).

Performs X additional Melee Attacks. A monster that also has Counter-Attack will have 50% chance of performing additional Melee Attacks per Batter level, while a monster that also has Cross-Counter-Attack will always perform these additional Melee Attacks.

Bombardment

Allies from the same faction as this card performs X additional Random Damage attacks.
Broadside Salvos
Broadside Salvos
The Random Damage on this card becomes Random Damage 3 and triggers X times. This skill will trigger X more times for each level of All In also in this card.
Covering Attack
Covering Attack
At the start of the battle phase of the turn this card was deployed: attack each enemy monster with this monster's Random Damage or Magic Attack. When this effect triggers, this monster will be unaffected by Mantra, All In and Bombardment.

If a Melee Attack performed by this monster fails to do damage, they perform another Melee Attack. Can be triggered once per turn.

At the beginning of the battle phase, all allies have their Heal increased by X permanently and allies that doesn't have Heal gain Heal X permanently.

This monster can attack a front row enemy with Ranged Attack while on front row. This attack cannot be blocked.
Nimble

This monster can attack a front row enemy with Ranged Attack while on front row and with Melee Attack while on back row.
Power of Battle
Power of Battle
At the beginning of the battle phase, all allies have their Melee Attack increased by X permanently and allies that doesn't have Melee Attack gain Melee Attack X permanently.
Power of Fate
Power of Fate
At the beginning of the battle phase, all allies have their Random Damage increased by X permanently and allies that doesn't have Random Damage gain Random Damage X permanently.
Power of Hunter
Power of Hunter
At the beginning of the battle phase, all allies have their Ranged Attack increased by X permanently and allies that doesn't have Ranged Attack gain Ranged Attack X permanently.
Random Precision
Random Precision
When performing a Random Damage attack, the enemy monster with the lowest HP will be targeted.
Reach

This monster can attack a front row enemy with Melee Attack from the back row.
Slam

This monster can use Melee Attack from the back row. Will prioritize the enemy in the opposite position. Ignores Stealth.

Offensive Skills

Offensive Skills activates when the monster attacks or are related to dealing damage.

If the monster has Flying, it will cause X additional damage when using Melee Attack or Ranged Attack to attack monsters without Flying.

When a Melee Attack  is sucessful, deals additional X true damage to all back row enemies.
Crystal Missile

When you gain crystals, deals spell damage equal to [(number of crystals gained) times X] to a random enemy Monster Card.
Doublestrike

When a Melee Attack is sucessful, deals additional X true damage to one random back row enemy. Doublestrike will only be triggered by Counter-Attack or Cross-Counter-Attack if the monster wasn't destroyed, and only once in the enemy's turn.
Evil Sacrifice

Every time a monster is sacrificed, this monster will deal true damage equal to [(the sacrificed monster's Crystal Cost) times X] to a random enemy Monster Card.

When attacking an enemy with Magic Attack, deals X additional spell damage to adjacent enemies. This spell damage cannot trigger Magic Reflect.

When destroying an enemy with Magic Attack, any exceeding damage will pass on to the next target.

At the start of your turn, all monsters on the battlefield takes X magic damage. This skill doesn't trigger Shield Spike.
Mass Bombard

At the beginning of the battle phase, all allied monsters with Flying will cause X additional damage when using Melee Attack or Ranged Attack to attack monsters without Flying. Lasts until the end of the opponent's turn. Only the strongest Mass bombard applies.

During your turn, deals X true damage to any enemy monster that changes position on the battlefield.
Outbreak

When dealing true damage or physical damage to a Diseased enemy, removes Disease and deals additional spell damage equals to the number of Diseased stacks. Outbreak will trigger before applying Disease.

Defensive Skills

Defensive Skills activates when the monster is attacked or are related to preventing damage, destruction or activation of enemies' skills.

When this monster heals an ally, it gains Shield X, Mirror Shield X or Sacred Shield X until the end of your opponent's turn. When this ability is a Flash Card's, not a Monster's, the healed monster(s) will benefit from this effect.

When dealing physical or true damage to an enemy, they become Diseased X. Diseased enemies lose Inspire, Shoot Command, TrickeryDemoralize, Suppress Magic and Magic Reflect. The amount of Diseased stacks (or layers) can be lowered by Heal until it reaches 0, when the debuff is removed.

This monster has 50% chance to Entangle the closest enemy, which makes them lose Flying and not attack or use skills in the next turn. Prioritizes the opposite monster.

All enemies becomes Diseased X. Diseased enemies lose Inspire, Shoot Command, TrickeryDemoralize, Suppress Magic and Magic Reflect. The amount of Diseased stacks (or layers) can be lowered by Heal until it reaches 0, when the debuff is removed.

After dealing damage to an enemy with any Damage Type, they will recieve X additional damage and their maximum Health Points will be reduced by X.

All enemies become Silenced for X turns, which makes them incapable of using Magic Attack or Heal.

An enemy monster becomes incapable of performing Melee Attack, Ranged Attack, Magic Attack or Random Damage for X turns.

At the beginning of your turn, decrease Magic Attack of all enemies by X until the end of your opponnent's turn. Only the strongest Suppress Magic applies.

If the enemy's battlefield is empty when this card is used, destroy X random cards from the enemy's deck, otherwise, destroy X-1 random cards from it. This card can't be used on the first turn.
