Random Damage: Deals a random amount of true damage, between 1 and X, to a random enemy. Does not ignore Armor.
Disease: When dealing physical or true damage to an enemy, they become Diseased X. Diseased enemies lose Inspire, Shoot Command, Trickery, Demoralize, Suppress Magic and Magic Reflect. The amount of Diseased stacks (or layers) can be lowered by Heal until it reaches 0, when the debuff is removed.
Outbreak: When dealing true damage or physical damage to a Diseased enemy, removes Disease and deals additional spell damage equals to the number of Diseased stacks. Outbreak will trigger before applying Disease.
